From September 30 to October 7, the first Chengdu Street Artists Music Festival officially launched in 2018. On the streets of Chengdu, there is a beautiful music around the corner.
The Street Artists Music Festival is sponsored by Chengdu Cultural Radio and Television Press and Publishing Bureau, Chengdu Music, Film and Television Industry Promotion Office, Chengdu Cultural Museum, Chenghua District Cultural Radio, Television, News, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Chengdu Cultural Volunteer Association. The new bureaus of Chengdu's districts and counties also participate in the festival, which can be called the general mobilization of the whole city. 。 This concert is also an important activity in Chengdu's most grand music season, "Autumn of Chengdu". At present, more than 140 groups of street artists who have been "licensed" will participate in the festival and show their style on the street.
On the evening of September 30, a bustling street concert will be opened in front of 339 TV Tower in Chenghua District. Ten groups of street artists with different styles will be on the stage first to open the whole music festival.
From October 1 to 7, there will be uninterrupted street performances at 60 spots in Chengdu from 17:00 to 21:00 every day. Many street performers have carefully prepared special songs or programs to celebrate the National Day. In addition to the main city area, in various music towns, you can also occasionally encounter the wonderful performances of street artists, as well as various flash events, waiting to surprise you.
Of course, this music festival also needs your participation. On the performance site, each artist has his own number, inviting the audience to "call" for himself, the top three artists on the popular list, and also to participate in the closing ceremony of "Autumn of Chengcheng" to get a special honor.
