Lavender Valley Creative Cultural Expo Park is a model project of Ziyi Paradise Program that’s located in the Shuangjian tourism expressway, Taiping Town, New Tianfu District, Chengdu, Sichuan. It’s about 30km from the downtown with an area of 1,600 mu and an investment of more than RMB 300 million, and at the second stage, more than RMB 500 million will be invested to improve facilities. Under the background of building a world-class modern city of idyllic beauty, and with the development concept of creative agriculture and healthy life, the Expo Park effectively incorporates international modern agricultural technology and the humanistic and natural elements of Chengdu plain into lavender planting and its whole industrial chain. Furthermore, it explores agricultural functions, optimizes and combines resources, and develops traditional agricultural planting industry into a modern agricultural science and technology park that integrates production, life and ecology. The project has powerfully driven the upgrade of local economy and ecological tourism, formed an industrial linkage and built a unique characteristic and advantageous area for agricultural industrialization.
