Chamber Music Concert of "Chinese Folk Ballads"

This chamber concert will be adapted to composer Huang Yi's Chinese classical ballads in the form of Western chamber music, such as "cabbage" (Hebei), "lullaby" (Manchu), "Alirang" (Korean), "olive tree" (Taiwan), and "Kangding love song" (Sichuan Tibetan) and other classical songs. The whole performance is based on local culture and classics, using Western composing techniques and musical instruments to "reshape" the creation characteristics and practice of Chinese folk songs, which reflects the Chinese composers'cultural consciousness and self-confidence in contemporary music creation.
