Tianfu Rose Valley with an area of 1,000 mu is the first-stage project of Chengdu Modern Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park where thousands of flowers and seedlings have been planted such as rose, lavender (Mom’s farm), rosemary and Melaleuca bracteata. Four tourism and recreation industries represented by “modern agricultural sightseeing, rose sea, romantic cultural holiday and little exotic town experience have been formed. The project regards metropolitan agricultural sightseeing tourism as the starting point and roses as the theme to build large-scale ecological landscape based on a huge area of agricultural crops; at the same time, the operational mode of “companies + agricultural households” and modern high technology are applied to build the integrated land into a modern metropolitan ecological agricultural tourism park with a development model of “production, economic, ecological and social functions”.
